Healthy Paneer Tikka Masala Whole Wheat Pizza

Paneer Tikka Masala is an authentic and great tasting Indian curry. Here I have come with Paneer Tikka Masala pizza where I used tikka masala as pizza sauce instead of commonly used pizza sauce.
This is a pizza for those who want to taste the complete Indian taste of pizza.

Ingredients:

Pizza dough and base(either whole wheat flour or all purpose flour(maida)): 
For whole wheat pizza base refer to the post whole wheat pizza and for maida(all purpose flour/plain flour) base refer to pizza pockets. You can also use store bought pizza base.
 200 gm mozarella cheese

Tikka:
200 gm Paneer(Cottage Cheese)
1 Green Capsicum(Green Bell pepper)
1 Red Capsicum(Red bell pepper)
1 big Onion
1 cup Hung curd(thick yogurt)
1.5 tsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tsp chilli powder
salt to taste
1/2 tsp amchur(dry mango) powder
2 tbsp mustard oil
1 tsp dried oregano and thyme(optional)
1 tsp lemon juice

Tikka Masala:
2 medium sized Onion
6 tomatoes
mustard oil
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp pepper powder
salt to taste
kasuri methi
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp lemon juice

Procedure :
Mix all the tikka ingredients except the vegetables and paneer and make a thick paste.
ow gently mix the vegetables and panner and coat the marination. Keep it in refrigerator for 20-30 min and after that place them on a mesh or rack and grill them in a tandoor or oven.

For Tikka masala heat some mustard oil in a pan and add grated onion and fry till light brown in colour. Add ginger garlic paste and fry. After that add pureed tomatoes and fry properly. Add chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and pepper powder and mix. Now add kasuri methi leaves, oregano and garlic powder and mix well. Switch off the flame and add lemon juice.

Pizza:
Take the pizza base add and spread the tikka masala on the base. Sprinkle some grated mozarella cheese. Now arrange the grilled paneer and vegetables(paneer tikka) on it and sprinkle some more cheese and bake in the preheated oven at 220C to 240C until it is done. Healthy paneer tikka masala pizza is ready to serve.
