All purpose flour/maida/plainflour 120 gm Chocolate Chips 50 gm Butter 60 gm Sugar 70 gm Vanilla Extract 1/4th tsp Salt 1 pinch Baking Soda 1/4th tsp Baking Powder 1/4th tsp Butter Milk As required to make the dough Directions: 1. Mix the butter, sugar and vanilla extract in to a fluffy mixture. 2. Mix the dry ingredients flour, baking powder and soda, and salt. 3. Now add the flour mixture in to butter mixture little by little. 4. Now add butter milk as required and make a dough withough kneading much. 5. Place the dough in refrigerator for 5 min. Prepare the baking tray by placing the parchment paper on it and greasing it. 6 .Preheat the oven at 180 C. After the oven gets preheated take out the dough from refrigerator and add chocolate chips to it and mix well. 7. Scoop out equal amounts of the dough on to the tray, slightly press with the fingers on top and the place the tray in oven. 8. Bake initially at 180 C for 5 min and decrease the temperature to 160 C till the cookies are done.
